There is a problem of direct integration between GSuit and Bitrix24.
Currently, you may direct integration between Gmail and Bitrix24, but not GSuit.

We have made such a custom integration between GSuit and Bitrix24. In this video, we show you how it came out.

An office worker assigns tasks to employees who work in the field. Automatically, this task becomes visible in the employee's Google calendar with all the details of the task.

and so we have done such customization for our client and then when you want to set up a task in Bitrix,

and find a responsible person and define the responsible person for that task.

So, for that particular case our client wanted to create a task from the contacts,

then, you should click to the task you don't need to put anything in a subject,

you can put just a body of a task 'Test Description',

then you can select a responsible person and time planning. So we need to select for example 'Sunday'.

Also, you've got 'Time', so Bitrix have done automatic calculation when a job will start and then finish.

'Test Description' which you put it as a comment for yourself or agent,

and company assignment will come automatically here, so and the same things come to all employees

of that client, the main reason of doing that job was that everybody use a Google Calendar,

So, for the field engineers it's much better to use a Google Calendar,
