hi, thanks for explaining the process. I have a couple of quick questions:

1. If 2 users receive the same reply from a lead (e.g., client used cc), and both users have their mailbox linked to CRM, would that create 2 activities for "Incoming Email"?
2. Can I toggle "link to CRM" on after adding a mailbox to bitrix mail?
i.e., Would it find the new activity from the synced emails? Or Will it only add activity when new emails arrive from that point on-wards?
