Keep This In Mind : if you can run more than 60fps just dont do this it will not be worth it, essentially what these optimizations do, is sqeeze any little drop of perfomance ur laptop can get . Therefore ur laptop will probably have -4x the liftime.

try setting 720p because I got like 50 to 120 fps in fortnite on my laptop, and I got the same amount of fps but it was more stable then ever!! ( hope this helped )

I have the same specs and my gpu is always 60% usage in 1366*768
If i got a 1920*1080 monitor how much will the performance drop?
Cause its usage is always in 60%
