Speed, glorious speed has proven to be one of the best superpowers one could ask for. Yeah it usually comes with a metabolism that requires you to eat like 40 pizzas a day, but who doesn’t do that on a friday night anyway? But there’s always one huge, looming question about speedsters and that’s always: just who is the fastest? Well that’s what I want to talk about today! So let’s zoom through some of the best superhero speedsters of all time to see who inches ahead of the pack!

Like we obviously know that every main version of the Scarlet Speedster will make this list. That means Barry Allen, Wally West and Jay Garrick will obviously make the cut, but out of the three of them, which one is the fastest? How does the former mutant Quicksilver compare to the fastest mutant Northstar? And yes, we’re also going to include some fun, quirky superhero speedsters like Dash from The Incredibles, A-Train from Amazon’s The Boys and even everyone’s favorite Sonic the Hedgehog! It’s going to get wild!

Absolutely love Wally West but MCU Makkari was so likeable. Her fight against Ikaris is my all time favourite speedster scene. The way she dodges his heat vision and destroys him with her speed is just a sight to behold. Especially when she stops just short so that the pure force of her speed slams Ikaris into the wall.

Correction, the reason the runner was able to run faster than his own thought was explained during his confrontation with Thanos in the comics in which at that point the runner had the Space gem which allowed him to actually teleport to a place he wanted to go subconsciously that is why he thought he was running faster than his thoughts from the epic Thanos Quest comic.

There was a sort of "obscure" speedster from the "Squadron Supreme", and his counterpart (Squadron Sinister) with the same name called the "Whizzer". The Whizzer from the "Squadron Sinister" would later rebrand his name to "Speed Demon". There's plenty of great powerful unknown speedsters in both DC and Marvel Universe's. Also I can't fathom as to how you didn't put Black Flash on this list. He literally hunted all the speedster's and killed whoever disrupted time.

The things everyone forgets about Makkari is that she is an Eternal. And like all Eternals, she has a degree of super strength and durability as well. Thats pretty lethal when combined with her speed

The thing I like about Makkari and what sets her apart from the other speedsters is her sensitive to vibrations, which maybe heightened because she's deaf. Wether or not that is something others can do is beyond me but it has not been mentioned.

The most amazing part about Wally's speed in the evacuation isn't just how fast he runs, but that he does so while actively searching for people. Like, imagine comparing the running speed of a sprinter to an obstacle racer...

Wally and Barry had a race and Wally won. In fact, there was a book out where these teleporters could teleport across the universe, but by the time they ended up where they were going, Wally had ran. He is faster than teleporting. I believe I once read that he runs faster than time itself. I can't wrap my head around that. Can you?
