Black Flash must be very stupid. He only runs faster if the person he is chasing runs faster, doesn't catch them because he doesn't want to. "No matter how fast he ran, the Black Flash consistently made up the difference". Why even wait for a difference to make up? Just run at your top speed and catch them, no? Unless BF just wants to show off (which is unlikely) and in the end Wally got the best of him because the creature just refused to use common sense. I wonder if Wally decided to just walk away BF would continue to slowly walk behind him, hoping the Flash trips or something. "The concept of death itself", more like an insanely annoying stalker.
