Nice little benefit on the Italian roll; if the inside of the cuff is a different colour to the shirt, you can leave a line of the inside showing above the roll. Just adds a nice little detail and works to add variation

That is a fantastic haircut.  I don't think I've ever had a haircut look that sharp.

Only reason I started rolling up my shirt sleeves...
Because every girl I know tells me it's sexy.

depends on the size of your arms to shirt ratio but sometimes you can roll up your sleeves and button it in reverse whilst rolled up for a tidy sturdy roll, I work in a body shop so these comes in handy for mixing paint etc. i'm not worried it'll fall down and ruin the sleeves

The master roll is a great fold because of how clean cut it is and how professional it is when its done right. Used by the United States Marine Corps.

I've just started experimenting with cross dressing and all men's sleeves are too log for my lil t-rex arms this is a great way for my to easily hide the long sleeves and still look sharp. Thanks!

Pro tip for guys with big arms - I learned to roll up the sleeves before I put the shirt on.

These should be mandatory educational videos. Money has nothing on the worth of these videos. Bravo.

I've always just did the master roll, it's my favorite because it can go high up your arm without the shirt getting super tight around your arm

+Art of Manliness Thank you so much! I usually just do a basic roll, but I think I'll start using the matter roll more often now.

Oh thanks, that's some help AoM, will try that "master roll" so as to make the shirt more secured.

I'm folding my sleeves similar to the master one, except it's a single fold only and it reaches up to the upper arm. It also leaves little wrinkles, but it does tend to not hold itself either. Good for lunches and coffee break tho, easy to pull up and roll down. :)

The master roll is also the one to use with shirts that have a second color on the inside of the cuff. You just let about an inch of the bottom fold to show and it looks very nice.

I generally like to roll my sleeves. But it usually makes the arms on the shirts very tight. If i get bigger shirts, i get floppy shirts that looks three sizes too large. Any suggestions?

Very helpful video. These are the kind of videos i really appreciate.
