News Years Eve dinner idea|Quick and Easy Turkey Recipe
I can highly recommend this recipe. It was my first time making Turkey and I was surprised it was so easy and this Turkey was really moist. We used chicken bacon since we had a friend who didn’t eat pork over for dinner but I think it would be so delicious with bacon.
I would recommend making sure the Turkey is at room Temperature because mine was a little cold and it was difficult for the butter to stick to the outside of the Turkey.
For the first 10 - 15 mins of cooking on 220 I did use the fan oven and then reduced the tem to 180 and changed to the top and bottom heat.
The most important step is to make sure you rest the Turkey for as long as you cook it.
