Type in "12205," to create a clickbox around The Whisperer. This box only appears when she is about to cast her freeze spell on you.

thank you so much dude. I was pretty much able to do no damage whisperer all the way up to the enrage phase which then I would be quickly overwhelmed and die. After watching your breakdown I think i Have it down!
only around 5kc right now, with 2 of them being super scuffed rng running around in cricles like a madman, but after a dozen or so attempts Ive was able to get 2 kc with still a good amount of supplies left to spare!

By far the simplest solution to that pesky enrage! No need to butterfly with this, thank you - might now start to get consistent kills

Wish you made this guide a month before you did when I was going through DT2. Time after time, the enraged phase kicked my ass. To this day I still only have 1 Whisperer KC, and it wasn't even clean. Had to borrow my friend's Ahrims, and even then we kill traded, luckily it still counted for the quest, thank god.

keep getting tripped up because the tendril consistently spawns dead ahead of me vs the sides/diagonal like in your example kill.

I had 79 attempts just trying to figure it out, with 0 kills. Consistently got to the enrage without taking damage and then died every time. After this guide (and the tiles) attempts 3 4 and 5 were all perfect kills.

the enrage phase just don't work for me, it just keeps sending a tendril straight from the north at the start instead of from the sides
