Another great video, Henry! I bought one of these machines as a Christmas present for myself. Love using it for steaks to get that perfect internal temperature and for cooking chicken breasts so there's no doubt they're cooked safely. Definitely don't skip the searing for beef/poultry or it won't look too appetizing. Another great feature as you point out is that you can leave your food in the water and it won't over cook. I enjoy this as it gives me some wiggle room to get side dishes complete and the whole meal will come together at the same time. For some, it might be a drawback that it's ENTIRELY app based and no ability to adjust the temperature on the machine itself. After initial setup, I've had no issues with the app or use of the machine at all. Hope you enjoy many more cooks with it, Henry! Happy cooking!

I've watched a lot of your blending videos and they helped me when I purchased a Vitamix blender. I'm a big fan of Breville and after watching your video, and a few others, decided to get a Breville Joule Turbo. It's arriving today, don't tell my wife, I'll surprise her with a steak for dinner.

I've used the original Joule for several years now. It's amazing! Restaurant quality Steak on a whim.

Great video, Henry. Thank you.. Actually, you can sous vide stews, and people do sous vide bacon also. You still have to sear it, but it gives a different end result than you'd get from just pan frying.

It’s important to say for potential foreign buyers that it only works with the Breville+ app which is not widely available outside US & Australia so you must check if is it available in your country or if you can install it somehow otherwise you’ll end with rod shape brick in you kitchen.

Thank you for this video. Please forgive me but, this looks like too much work for me. Also, you stated that you have never had salmon cooked just right as you did using this device. I find that hard to believe since you have experience working in a restaurant. No, I'm not trying to hate on you,
