The Law of Attraction has helped me realize the power of my own thoughts and beliefs. By shifting my mindset and focusing on positive affirmations, I've been able to manifest some amazing things in my life.

In 1944, the father of quantum physics, Max Planck, described “the matrix” energy field and provided insight into the “mechanics” of manifestation. When we “manifest” or “attract” a new reality for ourselves, what actually happens is that 1) a vibration occurs (cause) and 2) a sympathetic resonance to that vibration (effect). In other words, if we experience thoughts and feelings (radiate vibrations) associated with what we want to manifest, then identical vibrations (resonances) occur in the matrix.

I call this method I’m about to share with you the “chakral” manifestation method given that it requires conscious use of your thought, feeling and emotional chakras; the third eye, solar plexus and heart chakras respectively.A friendly reminder though, you must specifically know what you want to manifest. You must add details to your manifestation by applying your imagination.

So let’s say, for example, you want to manifest money, right? Do you know what new money looks like? The money that you use–it’s got colors, numbers, designs, pictures, the lines of the engravings, watermarks, micro-printing, color-shifting ink, etc. If you can imagine the SIGHT of these features on a tiny scale, you are radiating those particular finely-tuned mental vibrations. The odor of new money is distinct. If you can imagine the SMELL of it in your mind, that would be another mental vibration you’re radiating. Can you imagine what it sounds like to count new money?– like flapping, crisp paper, right? If you can imagine the SOUND of it in your mind then it’s another radiated mental vibration. If you can imagine the SENSATION of having money in your hands as you count it, that’s yet another radiated vibration.

So, these above physical senses, aside from actually tasting money, are different thoughts each having its own unique vibrational frequency associated with having money (See also “proprioception sense” for yet a sixth form of thought vibration). One must consciously create these “manifestation-associated” mental vibrations in their mind to the level of detail to that of a subatomic "particle”. Using your imagination, you are to build your manifestation up from Aether energy and sense it congealing into the sights, smells, tastes, sounds and textures of your manifestation. What do you see? What do you smell? What do you hear? What do you taste? What do you touch? Your concentration contains the “information” required to build your reality up from subatomic energy. The stronger your focus or attention, the more magnitude your mental vibrations will have; the more specific each thought vibration, the better the resonant tuning. Thoughts are the “steering wheel” of manifesting.

Next is feelings. The vibrations we identify as "feelings" are generated by the solar plexus chakra. The quality can be light and wispy to solid and dense and the field may extend outward, two feet or more from just above our belly button. Happiness, security, excitement, confidence are typical feelings associated with money manifestation. Now, imagine what it feels like to have a lot of money. Close your eyes and go within yourself for a minute; a secure feeling? What does it feel like to have stacks of hard cold cash to buy the things you want and need for your fam? A feeling you get when you have a LOT of money and but you don’t know WHAT to buy? Think about this: What does prosperity FEEL like?? Tap into that feeling of security in the visceral part of you–the part that you cannot see–and experience having LOTS of money for a few moments. Experience it in the NOW!

Let any lingering feelings of “lack” fade away as you slowly but surely adjust to the feeling of having a LOTs of money. Add qualities to your imaginary experience. Do you sense any calmness within you ? Less stress? Peacefulness? With this guidance, you can recognize, control and realize your change in “feeling state” from a negative to positive one. This is imperative for successful manifestations because positive feelings are likened to “putting the pedal to the metal”.

Now about our center chakra (heart). It is paramount in manifesting consciously because positive emotion is the magnetic force for thought and feeling vibrations. So, in order to manifest you must consciously channel your thought and feeling vibrations associated with your manifestation through your open heart chakra while experiencing gratitude for already having the manifestation. The electromagnetic field of your heart (gratitude) acts as a “carrier wave” for your thought and feeling vibrations in the same way a television station broadcasts the audio and video for a particular show. Doing this, even for a split second, is what “intention” actually is! Manifestation works by vibration and resonance. You effect a resonance to transurf holographic reality.

About using water in our manifestations: Water is a liquid crystal. It is “informational” meaning that it holds vibration or has “memory”. If you were to practice the chakral method and “tap into” the vibrational reality of your manifestation and consciously project your intention into water–even for a split second–the water will then HOLD what you put into it–it “records” your intention and keeps playing it back It will be magnetized by your gratitude carrying the signatures of your thoughts and feeling's. You can let the water evaporate or drink it. No matter where it goes, it will keep vibrating to your thoughts, feeling and emotional vibrations of your manifestation thus effecting further resonances in the Matrix.

Many people explain it like she does as far as low and high frequency/vibration but I find that part to not matter. I manifested a LOT of specific things just by saying “I want to see And this at a time when I was the most depressed I’ve ever been in life. I was working in a prison and I hated going there. I dreaded it every day so much so that my stomach constantly hurt. The day I quit, my stomach no longer hurt and I could eat all of the things that normally gave me great digestive distress. You absolutely do NOT have to be happy, high vibration, good mood or any of that. All I did was go out into my day expecting my desires to align with me somewhere and they did. It’s expectation that cause attractive energy and ultimately manifestation. Do you really EXPECT your desire to happen? If not let me help you. If you have manifested anything, then you can manifest ANYTHING. Because the law itself is true, expect that your desires will come.
