For trials, lightning and plant are the best for the aoe. For pushing chapters, go fire or ice for heavy hits. If you’re speeding through lower level chapters to farm, then go lightning or plant for mass aoe.

The thing about Holy is that it can penetrate walls without any upgrade. But the downside is that the shots bounces off from the walls of your phone screen. So it doesn't hit enemies that are off screen. Lightning on the other hand: it hits everyone off screen. With the downside being: as long as you can see. Cuz once it starts channelling, it passes over walls, but if the enemy is behind it, the lightning canons can't shoot them.

So that's why the Lightning Canon is the best one for trials. But when it comes to bosses that are big targets standing still, then the Holy canon is best. Why? Because the boss doesn't get off screen and every time the shot bounces, they bounce back to the boss. So each shot is hitting the boss 4 times. Multiply this by 5 and we have 20 simutaneous hits. No need to say how crazy this gets with more attack speed and berserk.

I will agree with the fire. From 24-30 I really struggle with my frost dragon. At level 60, with 10.9 k attack and 41.6k ho, I struggled sooo hard. The fire at 10.6k attack level 60 and 42.1k health, I dominated everything with no problem at all. Granted, it cost me so much money to get this thing.

I enjoyed the game as a f2p player. I got through the first 7 day event and really enjoyed myself. Was disappointed the second 7 day event was not attainable as a f2p player. I enjoyed the campaign and completed the trials. Hit a ceiling at campaign level 17. At this point the game is just waiting for power creep from daily gold. Still haven't got the S rank snake either from the 20 egg opens yet either. Suggestions would be to include a bit more ways to obtain gems so you can finish the campaign before it gets boring (around 2k more gems during the 2nd 7 day event while also having it attainable for f2p). Fun game though.

I think this is more for trials though, where aoe is king... in regular levels you'll need more single target to burst down mini bosses/final bosses before they do too much dmg to you.. the arena is so much smaller and if they spawn those elite mobs you're probably going to take significant dmg (although depends on the boss type, some are way easier than others and honestly I find final bosses easier in general).. but definitely for trials aoe is going to get you much faster times than something like ice which is high dmg but single target. Personally in regular levels I almost always take ice just to burst down the mini bosses faster so I don't take too much dmg
