I have finally realized that all of these pimple extraction videos are deceiving because of the extreme close-ups and enlarging of the images. The bulbs of sebum, keratin, etc. from the whole face don't even fill up the space of a single nailbed of one thumb. Isn't that crazy? Agree that using the needle for extractions without poking the skin and drawing blood takes skill!
