For the critics complaining about pores not being emptied out this is a spa. It is more involved than you popping zits in front of your bathroom mirror.
For starters you are only seeing maybe 10 minutes of an hour long session. Following the extraction process the clients receive a complete facial which then removes anything loosened in the pores.
These sessions have different steps that are not filmed.
