One mistake noted - I've said that if an Exile has the Oathkeeper title at the end of the 8th round, they win - this is not the case and the Chancellor still wins, unless the title has been flipped to its Usurper side.

One problem when you said if the exile is oath keeper not usurper they win on the 8th round this not true instead the chancellor wins
