Fixing Error 4 on NEXGrill Neevo (the easy way)

In this video I show you that when I plugged in my new Nexgrill 720 smart grill for the first time it showed me an error. Error 4. It said ER4. I show you what I do to fix this issue with the Nexgrill 720 and now my new smart grill is working great!

I bought a Neevo 720 2 days ago and got ER4. I was about to return it when I decided to consult YouTubers. After watching your video I removed the control panel and reconnected all the cables in it a couple times. But that didn’t fix it. Then I followed the zone A cable all the way down to the gas valve and reconnected it and that fixed it. Be careful, the edges of the panel hole are as sharp as a razor. I got 3 cuts before I realized that the red goo that suddenly appeared from nowhere was my own blood.

I had the same problem, fixed it just like you did. Now, this piece of junk won’t hold temperature, and will not reach temperatures high enough to sear burgers or steaks. I would not recommend this to anyone. And, now I discover that they do not sell replacement parts for this model that I have.

Had a error 4 on a brand new grill. Checked connections everything was connected. Plugged it again still got the message. I completely swapped zone a and b valve wire connection's. plugged back in and it work.

What exactly did you do fix. You pulled the panel. You unplugged something and then plugged it back in and it worked?

E have done everything you all are saying on error code 4 and nothing is working. We got a volt meter and everything is fine but it still doesn’t work. Possed off

Keep your receipt take this garbage bag you should never buy something and error codes popping up are you have to go inside of it and move wires around garbage
