The Spokane housing market has been on a wild ride and we're here to break it down for you. Pre-pandemic, the average Spokane home was $275,000, but throughout the pandemic, we saw some HUGE price increases. 📈

In fact, we hit a peak high of $460,000 in May of 2022! Now in 2023, we've bounced back up to a median home price of $425,000, with inventory at an all-time low and interest rates still high.
