Cat allegedly thrown from balcony recovering in Wisconsin

Witnesses say it appeared the tiny cat was tossed from 12 stories up. Now an animal sanctuary is nursing the cat named Rue back to health.

Need to tell our state representative that we want a tougher animal cruelty law. Minimum 5 years and the people's picture and name and the crime on a animal abuse registry

Most states have five year prison sentences for felony animal abuse. A Florida judge just enforced it, over cruelty to a dog. All judges everywhere need to enforce tough penalties!
