Add bacon to skillet, add just enough water to cover bacon and bring to a boil. Turn down to medium low and continue to boil off water. Once water boils off continue cooking until nice and crispy.

The video doesn't show after the water is boiled away and the bacon is frying in it's own grease, just like normal. All this guy did is render out the fat before browning. You get a dislike.
