As a man that has had yeast infections, I can say this. It's like having hundreds of paper cuts around the shaft while having lemon juice dripped into said paper cuts along with inflammation making those paper cuts expand and open just that much more and expose more raw nerves. When I had my first I thought I needed to disinfect it with hydrogen peroxide... Don't do that... ever.
