Joe Sullivan first encountered the Diary of Sr. Maria Faustina Kowalska in the early 1990s, about the time she was declared Blessed. Although the message touched his soul, he became discouraged when priests lacked interest when he tried speaking to them about it.

After leaving the Diary on the shelf, so to speak, for several years, a simple question from a fellow parishioner sparked the flame for spreading its message again. What is it about the message of Divine Mercy that touched Joe so profoundly, and how has it changed his life? Mother of Mercy Messengers (MOMM) is a Catholic evangelization apostolate under the auspices of the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception based at the National Shrine of Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.

Divine Mercy for America is an initiative launched in 2012 based on praying and sacrificing for our nation as the Lord instructed St. Faustina Kowalska to do so for her country of Poland in the 1930s.

Dear Joe, beautiful testimony of how you where convicted so much so that Our Lord spoke to your heart and you acted especially working with Joan & Dave ... Reading the Diary for me I read it the same way and had the same reaction everyone has to know about this message and know Our Lord's Sacred Heart... Thank you so much Joe, thank you for doing exactly what Our Lord is asking of us in such a beautiful way being on Joan & Dave's board and living Our Lord's message of Love and Mercy in concrete ways...
