If you use windows photo viewer to open your images or pictures sometimes you get this error message:
"Windows Photo Viewer can't display this picture because there might not be enough memory available on your computer. Close some programs that you aren't using or free some hard disk space (if it's almost full), and then try again."

Then go to the advanced tab, next to device profile, click on the drop down menu and select Agfa: Swop Standard. Then click close.

Now you should be able to open your picture with Windows Photo Viewer without any errors.

If this doesn't work for you, you can try using another photo viewing software called, IrfanView. I highly recommend it. It's free and the link is found here:

After you install it, you can set your computer to open all pictures with this software. This photo viewer works for all formats and works flawlessly too.

If this didn't work for you, there is a one crucial step missing in this video. You must first remove any color profile you have in "Devices" tab, then do the rest.

I did AGFA - and got the same error, but then switched back to Default - error again, and then AGFA once more..
The second try gives the desired effect!

I can't even finish cause in te colors management with devices, I get the message that says "the devices page has been refreshed due to hardware change" I even did troubleshooting and it just tells me that "hardware changes might not be detected" I don't know how to fix this.

Previously, I simply opened these photos through the large slide button and screenshot them. The screenshots were always in worse condition and weighed more, now I don’t suffer. Thank you!

Didn't work. Able to view JPG photos taken with Galaxy S7 but not JPG photos taken with Galaxy S10. File is not corrupt because can open it with Paint just fine. Odd thing is, if I use Paint to crop then save the Photo as a new JPG or even PNG, I get the same error opening the newly saved photo.

Can confirm. It worked on Windows 10. Thanks a lot! It was only in the last few months that Windows Photo Viewer has been getting wonky and it was only effecting some pictures, not all, but now it seems to have cleared everything.
