Stabilized wood as knife handle and polishing it

Stabilized wood is expensive material in knife making. Nevertheless, I love it. I have got tons of it at my storage. Unfortunately it raises the price of the knife sometimes too much (25-30%) and is used quite rarely in my works. Hey folks - it's honestly worth of every penny within custom knifes! ... ;) In this video I have used stabilized Redwood.

That shine on the handle is really nice! Great work. I know how long it takes to sand out all the the scratches on stabilized wood in order to get the handle looking like that....it's lots of work.

Very nice! Stabilized wood is very difficult to find here and too expensive, that's why I "stabilize" wood with superglue :D Your new buffing machine looks great, Osmo? Is this the multipurpose machine sold by Brisa?
