Its a bilateral gynandromorph! Not only is it a chimera but its a chimera that is split down the middle, which is most famously seen in butterflies but apparently also in other anthropods
*Edits: arthropods, dunno why I misspelt that but now I know it does happen in birds and mammals too. And for clarification, chimeras in biology are creatures with two or more DNA sets present in their being, bilateral= two halves split into two sides, gynandromorph= female-male body structure, just a fancy name for a fancy creature.

Bro got a shiny lobster. That's rare only 1/4096 can you encounter a shiny. In percentage its only 0.024% to encounter a shiny lobster. That's amazing.
