For VST3 64bit you need ofcourse Win7 64bit or higher (otherwise the + (add VST3) button is disabled :)

I found your video very useful and I am not sure you can help me to answer this thing. I am using Wirecast for my live streaming and I want to use Wave plugins to tune my voice or EQ or echo. Can I use VST3 to do that? I could not map how to tune my voice in VST3 then can output to Wirecast audio, thanks a lot!
