It really must be Throwback Thursday 😄

I sailed about 3 months onboard this ship, back in 2008, as an Assistant ETO.

Happy to see she's still around, and in good shape.
Thank you for the video 👍🏻

My 3.5 year old LOVED it. He laughed at the brought to you by too much coffee, and repeated every room after you said it. We live in Minnesota so are very landlocked, but he is obsessed with ships :)

It’s pretty cool to be able to see what people do in their trades. Love the videos. Thank you!

I did stick around for the whole thing, it was fun, I enjoyed watching it, I had my own 4788 Bayliner Diesel ship and past these all the time in Long Beach, I was docked in Huntington Harbor, CA, I always wondered what was going on, on all these guys outside Long Beach harbor, now I know, amazing, thanks for the tour

I'm really amazed at how clean the ships are how well painted they are especially for how small the crew is

This brought back a lot of memories, I spent 16 years on container ships as a Reefer Mechanic. I swear I could smell everywhere you went. Thanks.

Very interesting. I haul those containers in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and Georgia. Really cool to see a tour of the ship that brings my freight from around the world.

Hilarious to compare this to the ships I sailed that were built in the 1930s and 1940s. Wow, this was an amazing tour. Thanks, Joe.

Great tour Joe, would be great to see more of the engine room and see what pushes these big ships, generators etc

Brings back memories from when I was on a container ship (around 1982 or so). Our mooring lines were a combination of rope and wires. No computers for us to use though back in those days.

Thanks for the tour, Joe - I was lucky enough through work to board and be given a tour of a container ship (MV Santa Ursula) a few years back.
11:57 It was a lifelong aim, and it's not until you're on one of these vessels that you really appreciate their size, especially the engine room.

Hello Joe I'm from New Jersey myself Middlesex county I've always been fascinated with container ships I used to go to port in Newark or Elizabeth can't remember it's bin so long to pick up the trash usually plastic and oily rags one time I got a tour of one of those ships I was absolutely fascinated. I love your videos I've watched all of them keep up the good work I'll be looking forward to seeing more in the future. ⚓

Interesting Tour, Franta. I'm suprised your ship has a mini pool. LOL. Hope you stay safe in your ocean work adventures.

If I’d of known of this career in the 80’s Id of loved this, little human contact ( comparatively to most jobs ) good pay, seeing things you’d typically never see, great choice in careers, love the vids
