Great video.
Multiple pieces of research have proven an association between poor/bad parenting and children ending up with ADHD as a result of this. For example, please see the 2015 study: 'Associations between Inadequate Parenting Practices and Behavioral Problems in Children and Adolescents with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,

The problem this is creating is that if you are a bad parent and your child ends up with a diagnosis of ADHD, the parents can then claim Disability Benefit for their children and in turn, are essentially being financially rewarded for being a bad parent.
Disability benefit should not be awarded for a ADHD diagnosis.
(And I am saying this as a long term disabled person in receipt of benefits, so it is without prejudice. It's just common sense)
