I've read his book "the upward spiral" and happened to stumble across this video without fully reading the title. needless to say I was very confused when someone who I thought was a stranger started bringing up the same exact studies as there were in Dr. Korb's book lol

Yes but... many of us have reactive depressions. It means we end up depressed because we find ourselves in an hostile environment, perhaps at work, of go through divorces, or have to move to rainy cities...so, how do we go about all this? We obviously lack those things this video mentioned and we developed depression because of that in the first place.
