I've just been looking at Fowlers to price up a mates XJR1300 for all the frictions and steels and spring as his is slipping... Mega Money¬! Anyway I was thinking what about the diaphragm spring? Maybe it's just that... Just checked your video, wicked.. Pity you didn't measure the new spring to let us know what the height was? Anyway nice one your video was really good.

Dumb question alert. I have clutch slip too which I'm about to sort out, but when you took yours apart I was expecting to see 6 small actual springs somewhere as seen on the upgrade kit available online. I'm confused now. Does that convex/concave plate with the 'fingers' take the place of springs? I've read that people double up on the springs as a cheap they mean putting two of those finger plates on? I also had a slave seal leak which I fixed using you other video as reference so cheers for that 👍
