I went into kidney failure at 17 years old. My mom told the doctor to take one of her kidneys and give to me. Due to her having high blood pressure, she could not donate. She told them to end her life and give me her kidneys. Of course they refused. My mom would give up her life for me to be healthy and I would do the same for my children. That is unconditional love.

The correct answer is no, you can not be forced to donate an organ to ANYONE because in the US, you have the RIGHT to refuse medical procedures.

There are parents who have another child as a donator for their sick child. The child is forced to give bone marrow and at times a kidney or part of their liver. The child can't consent but the parents will. This is coercion and child abuse imo.
