We don't have to adapt to the modern busy lifestyle. We have chosen to opt out. We homeschooled our children. We live on a farm, grow a huge garden, have goats for milk and meat, chickens for eggs and meat, and turkeys. We love our life.

Great job doing your homework!
One of the best interviews with Fred Provenza I have heard.
Having a garden gives perspective on life. Having a garden makes you think right.

Another excellent talk, thank you. A fellow I knew 40 years ago advocated using our sense of taste and smell to identify what we needed to drink and eat. It is good to see that his idea is not a crackpot idea.

I have observed the same with the wild chicken I have on my property. They never eat all the feed. The munch then move on then the birds come and eat the rest. I have also learned the language of chicken just by long term observing. I love chickens! ❤️😊 I love your content!!!

You guys NEED to get on Dan Kittredge of the BFA. Part of his thing is mineral balancing of the soil. Super cool the way he amends his soil. Rock dust or seawater with the sodium removed via lye. Apparently the 90 trace minerals left in sea water once the sodium is removed is almost the same mineral ratio as amniotic fluid. If you think about what that means you see that everything we need is everywhere around us, the continents made of rock and the oceans of saltwater

Hey Ashley
Have you ever considered interviewing Greg Judy's mentor Ian Mitchell-Innes the man that helped Greg?

There's another regenerative farmer Austin on YouTube he's channel is Counter Cultre Farms he just started with his channel, there's a lot of information one can get from him.

I’m gonna say it again because it needs to happen that bad. Dan Kittredge has given some AWESOME Talks on soil minerals and microbial life. Seems most of his interviews and talks are from a couple years ago.. it would be awesome to hear what he is up to lately, especially because Ashley, you’re killin it on these interviews. Nutrient density in food is his whole gig!!

Why do sheep come running to the farmer when he brings the processed food to their troughs. I'd have thought their natural feed, grass would be more appealing to them. Is there an addictive ingredient addad in the processed stuff?
