My husband is retired his work all his life and when we was younger we was told we would have good pensions from the government. What a Lie. I had a private pension in the 80s but they went bankrupt so I'm relying on the government pension. My husband pension is a disgrace he gets 600 a month 😮 which we thought he would get more. I will get 800 a month when I retire 😮 so we brought a River Cruiser we are doing it up slowly but we will be living in it. We couldn't afford a narrow boat they are so Expensive Now. We are sick of paying rent so hopefully when I retire in 6 year's then we are going to live on our boat ❤ and I can't wait

I don't think it would work too well if you have a serious health condition.especially if you have allergies & need to cook & prepare most of your food & cant settle for any type of regular simple type ingredients. & also a difficult situation if you have special needs children & you need more room.
