Pizza Dough Recipe

1 package of quick active dry yeast
1 cup of warm Water 105-115 degrees F
2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose flour
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil or vegetable oil
Cornmeal

Try roasting sliced tomatoes, onions, whole garlic, mushrooms, fresh herbs before putting into the food processor- then if a little watery (usually isn’t due to roasting) you can simmer on stove. It’s awesome !!
