I've seen this documentary. They never film them actually engaging in a fight. The polar bears always run away. They may be bigger, but they aren't ready for how aggressive and ready to throw hands the grizzly bears are.

Polar bears often run from big brown bears they know that even tho they are bigger it’s still the same big aggressive species they don’t want to risk that fight

The grizzlies in the area where these two come in contact are smaller sized brown bears but more aggressive because of the scarcity of food. In most observations, they will chase the polar off the kill; especially, if the polar bear has cubs.
