Brooks offers a wide variety of health and wellness programs to promote the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of individuals with differing abilities. Community health programs include the Aphasia Center, Adaptive Sports & Recreation, Pediatric Recreation, the Brain Injury Clubhouse, our Wellness Programs, the Neuro Recovery Centers and the School Re-entry Program.

The shared goal of each of these programs is fostering relationships and building a sense of community across all of the community health programs. Brooks believes in giving back. These programs are offered at little or no cost to the participants of all ages.

But how? The Brooks Health Foundation was established to support the mission of Brooks Rehabilitation and to provide community activities to meet the needs of our patients and their families through research and education, charity care and community programs.
