Hey Marc, Great video! I've owned Rolex watches for over 30 years and have a small collection. My GMT Master II was a bit loose due to some weight loss. I was about to take it to the local watchmaker as I generally do with these valuable timepieces.
But before I did, figured I'd check YouTube. As I watched your video I got the extra 5 mm adjustment you spoke of. Wow, it now fits perfectly again!
Thanks so much for sharing, extremely valuable info for me! Michael

I have worn my GMT II slightly loose for over four years and had no idea this type of adjustment was possible. I watched your video and made the minor adjustment on the bracelet clasp and now the watch fits perfectly! Outstanding video and thank you for making it!!!

Thank you Marc about telling how to adjust the watch band because I want to remove a link to get it a bit more snug on my wrist. I thought that those tiny things in the links were pins and was going to try and drive one out but you showed me that they are screws and as you were showing us that they were screws I looked at them with a magnifying glass and saw that they are screws. Now I won't try to drive the pin out. You were a big help on that. Thanx again.

Thanks a lot man this helped me out tons. I’ve had my GMT for months and never even knew about this micro adjustment

Knew about the half link, did not know about the micro adjustment. Good tip. Here's another tip. I use the rolex screwdriver/pin tool. When I'm removing or replacing a screw pin, I use my fingers as a guide and pinch the screwdriver blade so that the flat blade doesnt slip out and scratch the link. The other key is taking your time and not rushing to get the screw in or out.

Great info. I just realised this recently. No one who has sold me a Rolex watch has even known about this or simply didn’t bother mentioning. Great info mate ✌️

Good video Mark, thanks...
I'd also recommend you use loctite thread lock to lock the thread on the screws and a watch block to hold the bracelet firmly while adding/removing links.

Got mine 3 months ago and I have to say bit sceptical at first as I had never owned a Rolex. The more I wear it I can appreciate it really is a lovely watch, the quality and feel is fantastic.I dont regret a penny I paid for it, and my son has his eye on it ...in due course!

Funny I had the exact same issue. AD did not adjust, so I did it myself, took a link out and made the microadjust. So I used your video Marc!
