Today I show you how to play war thunder more effectively as there are many mistakes that new players on war thunder make that really make it not fun to play.

Another tip: Do not bring 89 88mm shells (or any shells basically having full shells) I swear a 5 mm HE can trigger the ammo, I recommend only going from 20-30. You have to be a blind person that needs like 90 shells to kill one person

The balance between avoiding being sniped across the map and actually finding an enemy before the game ends is what’s hard. It’s either I’m dead within a minute or I don’t see anyone the entire game

i hate open, long fields, you gotta look for some cover like rocks or trees and always think "what will i do when i get shot at rn"

Instead of just "being wary of your surroundings, " focus on staying behind cover, whether it's bushes, walls, or terrain. Use binoculars or the 3rd-person camera to check around and over cover without exposing yourself. Avoid moving into the open when possible, stick to routes that provide cover while still offering a decent field of view. If you get killed by an unseen enemy, don’t let it frustrate you. It happens to everyone, even seasoned players with thousands of hours of experience. Sometimes, no matter how careful you are, you'll get taken out by someone you never saw. Always check around before moving, and keep looking around while you're on the move to stay alive and spot enemies trying to kill you.

Secondly, don’t fire at the first enemy you spot. Prioritize the enemy who poses the biggest threat, if there are multiple targets around you. If you can't kill someone outright, try to disable them by shooting their barrel or tracks, then either flank them or let your team finish the job. You don't have to get every kill, sometimes it's smarter to pass on a risky shot and stay alive. Going for the easy, immediate target can leave you exposed, while taking out the bigger threat gives you a better chance of surviving and staying in the fight.

also When someone marks a location on the map and says, "Attention to the map" or "Attention to the designated grid square, " pay attention. Your team is alerting you to the general location of an enemy, and if it's close to you, either help them or be cautious because that enemy may find you. If they don't notice you, use this as a chance to catch them off guard while remaining unseen.

The sound thing is incredibly useful, as it helps me deal with flankers easily. It however does not help at all when you think theres just a lone Soviet heavy in 3.7 and instead a KV-1S, Italian Spaghetti launcher, M42 (China) and a Stug F decide to roll in a straight line over the hill towards you in Mozdok and Flanders💀

Its hard to be wary when you are kn a WW2 tank uptiered to Night Vision BR and they kill you through 3 bushes and 2 trees
