Worked for me. I changed the camera settings, then I restarted my phone by pressing volume up key one time, volume down key one time, then power button until the screen turned black, & the apple logo appeared. Camera, PLUS FLASHLIGHT, now working. Thank you 👍

If this might help anyone, I gently pressed my fingers on the back camera and flash light for about 10 mins (that is after I had switched off my phone). On rebooting, the camera and flashlight worked again.
