Excel SEQUENCE FUNCTION

This is a demo of Excel's new Sequence function that allows you to setup a sequence of numbers. It is one of the new DYNAMIC ARRAY functions in Excel as part of Microsoft 365.

This would come in handy when you design a WAN with multiple "class C" private IP addresses for the Ethernet LANs and to split arrays of ".252" masks for the WAN IPs.

Re the SEQUENCE function: please open a new sheet, create a vertical 1 x 10 Excel table (with header) with arbitrary numbers in cells A1 through A10. Then enter "=SEQUENCE(9)" in cell B2 and hit return. Results in a complete mess in my case. Instead of just executing the SEQUENCE function, it extends the table in A1:A10 to the right and populates it with #SPILL! errors. Does anybody else observe that, too? Is this a known issue?

how to use sequence(countif)?

im in a middle of making a household profiling in excel and i want: when i put "HEAD" it will give me No. 1 and succeed to No. 2 and so on

=IF(M8="", "", IFERROR("No."&SEQUENCE(COUNTIF(M8, "HEAD"), 1, 1, 1), ""))

but it doesnt work the way i want it to work, its stuck in No. 1
