Low Carb Pumpkin Muffins - Guilt Free With Only 3g Net Carbs

If you feel like a guilt free dessert then this recipe is for you. With only 3 grams of net carbs, these healthy, Keto low carb pumpkin muffins are so easy to make and guilt free.

Ingredients:
1cup Canned unsweetened pumpkin;
1.5 cups Almond Flour;
1/2 cup Brown sugar (sugar free);
4 eggs;
1tsp Baking powder;
1/2 tsp Cinnamon;
1tsp Vanilla extract;
1/2 tsp Mixed spice;
1/4 tsp Nutmeg;
1/4 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 150C/300F
In a bowl, mix the pumpkin, brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla, salt and spices.
Add the eggs and mix thoroughly. Then, add the almond flour and fold through.
Pour into 12 cup muffin tin and bake between 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven)
Only 3g net carbs and 125 calories each.

**For variation you can add sugar free chocolate chips
