Can't thank you enough for this information. I've been on LDN for three weeks.. began on 1.5....(my dr was happy to give it to me without knowing anything at all about it aside from its use in addiction)
I'm almost 68 and have had M/E (fm) for near on 30 years..
All that you mention here has been extremely helpful. I decided only a few days ago to have one day on and one day off...my body went into overdrive of all manner of extra pains..
And while i guessed the misery I was feeling was related to the ldn I'm grateful to actually hear the cause and why.
Thanks so much... come what may I had intended to persevere... this video information has helped enormously..

I started taking LDN a few weeks ago for CRPS (left leg). It is getting easier to walk. Still using the walker, but I may be able to use a cane soon. Getting excited, feeling healthier too.

I started AutoImmune Protocol diet before starting LDN. So I was gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, etc first. Doctor titrated up to begin (1.0mg for week, 2.0 for week then 4.5 ongoing)
I had wonderful results and no side effects.
I’ve always had vivid dreams since childhood, so wouldn’t notice a change there.
Improved thinking best effect. Cleared up some skin issues. Improved my mood massively.
But harder to define, feels like I had inflammation like a sponge filled with water over my entire body - and LDN wrung it out.
My joints move much easier. A vague all-over achiness vanished. Belly un-bloated. No IBS.
Also more energy - after work have energy to clean and staying up extra hour.
Very grateful for so many improvements.
Never heard of NDL until 2 months ago and I am a nurse!

I was just prescribed this medicine for unexplainable fatigue and chronic pain. Please keep making these videos!

Autoimmune disease is often the result of leaky gut. Leaky gut is often a result of being exposed to toxic mold.
Toxic mold can negatively impact almost every function & organ in the body, it should never be overlooked as possibly being responsible for any health issues.

Gluten-free is really wheat-free. Because the specific type of gluten in wheat mimics opioids. If the person taking naltrexone has a lot of wheat in their diet and they experience classic opiate withdraw symptoms even though they don't take opiate pain medicine or opioid anti diarrheal medicine. That would indicate they need to cut out anything that has wheat in it.
But going gluten free for people who have inflammatory issues is probably a good idea in general.

It's helped me with severe nerve pain and joint pain. I feel so much better.

I've heard of people taking CBD oil as well as LDN with excellent results . The CBD oil can address underlying infections, autoimmune issues, etc. . Just my 2 cents .

My doctor put me on LDN and made me start an exorfin free diet at the same time. Mostly no gluten, no lactose, no additives, no sugar etc! Its easier than it sounds though ;).If you're wondering about the gluten part in this video look up exorfins in diet and the effect on our endorphins system.

Has anyone had some success with taking it for cancer? this is a wonderful video and so helpful! I started taking 3 days ago @ 1.5 ml and already feel more energy and the fog in my brain has cleared. Looking forward to seeing what else happens in my body.

LDN has greatly improved my health. I appreciate the diet reminders. Another ingredient to especially watch out for is Carrageenan!

Carrageenan is thickener derived from types of red seaweed. The “Degraded” form is carcinogenic. “Undegraded” is supposed to be “safe”- the only difference is exposure to acid. It’s not really tested or inspected for standards- and much of what ends up in food has significant amounts of the degraded form mixed into the food-grade carrageenan. (Not to mention what stomach acid may do!)

This is really causing a lot of harm to people- some get diagnosed with crohn’s or colitis... or just have horrible reactions to it. It took me 15 years to find that this was the ingredient that was making me sick when I ate ice cream and other items containing it.

Haha...Love those vivid dreams! I take LDN for autoimmune issues, arthritis (sense I am allergic to all NSAID) and relief from side effects from a tick borne disease. It works for me! Compound it myself, one to one ratio with distilled water, turn mg into ml, store in frig. I take about 4.5-5 ml every evening.

I just started LDN and I have a rare skin disease! It’s making it worse at the moment!
Honestly for me I don’t care about side effects I’m going to keep taking it no matter what!

I started in december 2017, with 0, 5 mg for a month.
Then I switched to 3 mg for 4 weeks and then to 4 mg. May 2018 now and I had no side-effects whatsoever.
Ive been gluten & dairy free since 1998. I've been using LDN for rheumatoid arthritis. & I have a slow working thyroid as well.
The pain is slowly decreasing. I'm just at the beginning of my LDB experience. But so far so good.
Thx much for sharing.

Interesting. I started on 3 mg LDN yesterday and all I have laying around to eat is a big bag of ready-to-cook oatmeal for at least two more days. I've begun LDN for crippling, daily chest pains. Today I haven't had a single painful impulse in 9 hours.

I suffer from depression and was given 50 mg of naltrexone for alcoholism. I felt that it was too strong so I cut it in half and so far that works better for me.

Thanks for the diet advice, I’m going to try cutting out gluten and dairy. The LDN was giving me a lot of side effects. Worsened my depression significantly, worsened my brain fog to a scary extent, possibly gave me joint pain and definitely gave me severe constipation. I think I do better with taking it every other day. FYI I am taking .75 mg for long Covid and chronic fatigue/lyme.
