Its interesting that he has different dialogue options being rejected because you're sleeping with someone else, I remember telling Astarion I spend the night with Gale instead and he said quite angrily sarcastically "Good for you. Now piss off!"

The lines are the same but when you say he's jealous he sounds more peeved. It's a really nice touch they didn't use just one line.
