That tornado kick from the taekwondo section is actually a shaolin move

So here's what I've learned from this video:
Drunken Boxing: Self-explanatory
Taekwondo: Lot-a-Kickin'
Wing Chun: Trying to end a fight as quickly as possible by striking the soft/painful spots of the body (nose, neck, stomach, 'heh-heh', etc.)
Jiu Jitsu: Use your opponent's own body against them

Hapkido not tae kwon do, he also didn't learn jiu jitsu, it was hapkido that gave him the kicking and the grappling. That rumble in the bronx clip is his dragon fist. When he does the wooden dummy display, it's all dragon fist. His rolling elbows and the rapid striking pattern are all dragon fist.

Judo is a very popular style but it seems he didn't do judo. I'd have thought the throws would've looked cool on screen and the breakfalling would have helped him prevent getting injured

So what I don't quite understand is that why Jackie Chan learns, studied, practice, and mastered all of those martial arts styles for to be better than bruce lee? Because he can't beat his jeet kune do with those styles I mean why do that and not make your jeet kune do like style or that's impossible because there's no style that is better than Bruce Lee's jeet kune do?
