One of the world's most impressive and visited national parks, it covers the majestic Grand Canyon, formed over millions of years by the Colorado River. Perfect day for getting those great shots. Interestingly, the people and agriculture of the South West use almost every drop of the Colorado River water before it reaches the sea. Sometimes the river bed goes dry as it nears the sea.
