This commercial came out around the time our dog was diagnosed with cancer. The dog in the commercial looks just like him, and the guy looks a lot like my fiance. They were best friends and loved to hang out on couches like this watching TV all the time. He died shortly after his diagnosis and not a day goes by where we aren't missing him. It's nice seeing a dog that looks like him living his best, healthy, life. Love to see it, Chewy

I'm pretty sure it takes more than a thousand years. I enjoyed the mannerisms and the tone of voice of the human character. I agreed with a previous comment in that you should continue on with the two characters in your future commercials.

Best commercial I've seen in ages! And I'm sadly not even a pet owner. Whomever it was on the Chewy advertising team that came up with this one, they deserve a major promotion! Brilliant! I've watched it several times already and I laugh just as much every time!

This is literally how I feel with my 3lbs chihuahua of 12 yrs I'll legit have conversations with her as if she understands me 😂
