As school remain permanently closed, students are having difficulty with transitioning to Distance Learning. This is a simple social story about the meaning of Distance Learning and its expectations.

It can be used with young children, ELL students and students with disabilities across multiple ages. It has visuals and simple sentences to address concerns and expectations.

This change of schools closing has many students feeling anxious about the changes in routines, missing daily schedules, teachers and friends.

My hope is that this story will help parents and students during Distance Learning.

Thank you for this social story. Quick question, did you create this using PowerPoint?
