Your windmills have to be above y:80

Answer to 2.
There is a storm going on which increase the power produced by 30% or something.

I watched the Jaffa Factory series (all 117 episodes) and learned about the tekkit stuff, but never really had a guide of what order to do stuff until i watched this. Although, so far this has been far drier.

Duncan's Tekkit series is more informative but the Yogscast main channel's Tekkit series is much more about the interaction between all the different people playing on the server, and the humor of course. The Yogscast main channel has always been and probably always will be about comedy

For everyone saying their windmill doesn't work, the Technic Wiki states windmills work best at block 100. Also check if your BatBox's output cables are on the correct side of the block.
