I have noticed YouTubers who research about cities especially in South Africa never talk about Durban which is the number one summer vacation area to visit in the country. It's the warmest of the provinces of S.A, the beach the hills the wild life is unprecedented. This city is heart of sea trade for the country, it's greenery vegetation provides fresh air. Let me tell you about Rwanda, my county.
Yes its clean only where you can see, in that road as you say, poor people whom they use to clean it, they can stay for six month not paid, and not even aloud to quit.
Poor Rwandan are aloud to be seen in that road, police clean them too and take them in transit center, calling them trush.
