Remove the alert keyframe: 'Keying set failed to insert any keyframes' in blender 3.0

a hidden secret, the real step one that isnt out there. so it is now, sense i was stuck trying to figure out why i cant add a keyframe.

I just manually set keyframes in the properities panel after encountering this, but now that I know how to fix it its gonna be much easier
