Salute for your acknowledgement and honesty. Might as well add gender 4 middle management, favortism, too. Certain groups gain and maintain socioeconomic advantage with those high bonuses and salaries.

I think its in your best interest to give information that your viewers want to hear.

I dont trust this short. Tech in general is generally ageist.

I completely DISAGREE. I'm older, had a fabulous cybersecurity resume. But as soon as they found how old I was the interest disappeared and they made excuses. AGEISM, age discrimination is real and rampant throughout all of IT.

Hey Josh I don’t know if you mentioned this but do you recommend creating cover letters for every IT job you apply. Does a cover letter increase the chance of hiring? Or only very few ones you really like ?
