Haha this feels like my day. I watch reality tv (like cooking competitions or old survivor lol) to have noise in the background while I paint. I drink coffee like all day. Hope you able to maintain healthy mental health. I think it's great to have coworkers that will chat with you on lunch. Sometimes my coworkers and I do that too.

Our university classes have been online for a while, and the other day I legit had a breakdown because I felt ugly and just completely different than the real me 😂😢 but since then, I've been dressing up and actually putting on my camera for class. it's been immensely beneficial for my mental health, it just makes everything feel normal again 🌈 I hope everyone is coping and that everyone will be okay during and after this 🤗
